The Heart Behind the Homes: Zach Fisher
The dream has always been to build homes in Coastal North Carolina. When the opportunity presented itself, Zach Fisher grasped it and moved his family to Oak Island. After ten years serving as the operations manager with his own large and well-respected restoration firm in Charlotte, Fisher opened Elan Homes in 2021. With 18 years of restoration work, a strong work ethic, and dedication to the craft, Elan Homes became a fulfilled dream. They say when someone loves what they do, it’s evident. This is the case for Elan Homes founder, Zach Fisher. When working with him to build or buy your dream home, the excitement and dedication he puts towards his craft reflects his passion for providing people with that beautiful coastal home they have been aspiring to.
